In the wild
A few parties we've printed.
Names trimmed, details real. Here's how three very different nights used the same simple idea — a drink in one hand, a warm print in the other.
A bride squad of 14
The bride wanted matching but not matchy. We built a menu of four "bride" and "squad" designs in her colors; guests mixed cropped tees and trucker caps over two hours. Everyone left in their piece for the night out — and the group photo did the rest.
A 40th at a backyard venue, 60 guests
Two presses kept a steady line without pulling anyone away from the bar for long. The host's inside-joke slogan was the most-picked design of the night. Teardown was done before the cake was cut.
An office happy-hour launch, 90 guests
The new product logo became the party favor. We ran a single-color-brand menu plus a fun alt design, printed on soft Bella+Canvas tees, and staffed a second operator so the after-work crowd never waited.
The through-line
Different crowds, same result: a station that stays busy, a keepsake nobody tosses, and a host who got to actually enjoy their own party. If any of these sounds like the night you're planning, the setup adapts — headcount, hours, and pieces all flex to fit.
