Question
How does a sip-and-print party actually work?
Short version: we bring a printing bar to your party, guests pick a design while they sip, and our crew presses it onto a shirt, tote, or cap in a couple of minutes. Here's the longer version.
What happens when you arrive?
Our crew shows up ahead of guests, sets the station in a corner (roughly 8 by 8 feet, two standard outlets), and lays out a blanks rack plus a tidy design menu. Setup is quiet and usually done inside an hour, so by the time people arrive the bar is ready.
What do guests do?
They come over with a drink, browse the design menu, pick a garment and size, and drop their order at the station. That's the whole ask — no stencils, no paint, no waiting around a craft table. Then they get back to the party.
How is each piece made?
We print full-color DTF transfers and heat-press them onto the garment right there. Most pieces are ready in about two minutes, so the line keeps moving even at a busy moment. Each finished piece gets handed back warm.
Who runs it — do we need to do anything?
Our operators run everything: presses, the design menu, and the reveal moments. You just host. Setup, live operation, and teardown are all part of the booking, so nobody at your party is stuck working the bar.
Who handles drinks?
You or your venue. We run the printing bar, not the drinks bar, and we don't serve alcohol or bartend. That keeps the night flexible for whatever you're pouring, from mocktails to a full bar.
